Shipping Conditions

  • Advance Payment: Shipping is only available after the full advance payment has been received.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM IST are eligible for same-day dispatch.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Myanmar & South East Asia. 
  • UAE, USA and all member countries of the European Union.
  • Oceanic countries upon request (please contact sales@topcart.in).

Shipping Methods and Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-15 business days outside India.
  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days within India.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. For outside India, you will be provided with the shipping cost separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, please note that customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
